What is in Mobiflexi: the full table
One daily serving is two capsules. These are the amounts it delivers, exactly as printed on the bottle:
| Active | Per daily serving |
|---|---|
| Glucosamine | 1500 mg |
| Chondroitin | 800 mg |
| MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) | 1000 mg |
| Hyaluronic acid | 100 mg |
| Meriva® Curcumin (with BioPerine®) | 200 mg |
| UC-II® collagen (native type II) | 40 mg |
Vegan capsule, gluten-free and non-GMO, with no stimulants and no hidden blends - each active is named with its own dose on the label. The six joint actives sit around a backbone of vitamin D3, K2 and manganese.
Alongside these six actives sit vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and manganese. Their individual amounts are not given in the table, so we do not quote a figure for them here.
Glucosamine and chondroitin: the classic pairing
Glucosamine (1500 mg) is probably the best-known name in joint supplements, and Mobiflexi uses a generous daily amount. It is an amino sugar that the body also makes on its own, and it is a natural building block found throughout connective tissue.
Chondroitin (800 mg) is its usual companion. The two have been sold together for many years, which is why so many people look for both on a label. In Mobiflexi they form the foundation that the other actives build upon.
MSM and hyaluronic acid
MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane (1000 mg), is an organic sulphur compound that occurs naturally in small amounts in many foods. Sulphur is part of the structure of connective tissue, which is why MSM so often appears next to glucosamine.
Hyaluronic acid (100 mg) is best known from skincare, but it is also present in the fluid that surrounds the joints and keeps them moving smoothly. Including it in a capsule rounds off the familiar joint quartet.
Meriva® curcumin and UC-II® collagen
Meriva® curcumin (200 mg) with BioPerine®. Curcumin is the golden compound in turmeric. On its own it is notoriously hard for the body to take up, so Mobiflexi uses Meriva®, a branded form of curcumin, together with BioPerine®, a black pepper extract that is often paired with curcumin for exactly that reason.
UC-II® collagen (40 mg). This is a patented native, or undenatured, type II collagen. It is used at a small dose by design: unlike collagen powders measured in grams, UC-II® is intended to be taken in milligram amounts. AprèsFlex® Boswellia is also part of the formula; no separate amount is published for it, so we do not give one.
The vitamin and mineral backbone
Vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and manganese run through the whole formula. These three carry the only health statements we make about Mobiflexi:
Manganese
Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function.
Vitamin K
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
That is the full extent of our health wording. The six joint actives are included for their own reasons, and we make no further claims about them. Mobiflexi is a food supplement, not a medicine, and not a treatment for arthritis or any joint condition.
What Mobiflexi leaves out
A label is as much about what is missing as what is there. Mobiflexi comes in vegan capsules, is gluten-free and non-GMO, contains no stimulants, and uses no proprietary blends that hide amounts behind a single combined figure. Production takes place in the EU, at a site run to GMP rules. If you have a specific allergy or dietary concern, read the label on your own bottle before you start.

Our guide on how to take Mobiflexi covers timing and routine, and the side effects page explains who should check with a doctor first. When you are ready, the current pack prices are set out clearly.
